JOB DECRIPTION

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating and improving user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product team to understand user needs and create designs that are both user-friendly and visually appealing. In addition to your design skills, we also expect you to have a good understanding of user experience principles and be able to create prototypes for testing. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and oversee the production of high-quality digital user experiences across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and other digital channels.
2. Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
5. Develop detailed style guides and design specifications.
6. Stay up-to-date on latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
7. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented.
8. Help troubleshoot and resolve UX/UI issues.
9. Monitor metrics to assess design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
10. continuously update your design skills and knowledge.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
2. Portfolio of design projects
3. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop
4. Strong visual design skills with a good eye for color, typography, and composition
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
7. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive attitude
8. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
9. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities
